RJA Heads to Governor

SB 416 now heads to Bev Perdue, otherwise know as the “Veto Governor,” after being voted on in the Senate 30-18.  Will she veto or let the body represented by the majority prevail?

    Don’t you mean “the body which represents the majority”? Also, the Governor is also popularly elected, so the premise is still wrong.
