As I posted earlier, Barack Obama has institutionalized the first permanent presidential campaign. He decided to take the campaign out for a spin yesterday by emailing supporters and calling for “house parties” to support the “stimulus plan” making its way through congress. Hope you weren’t thinking that campaign 2012 would wait until after the 2010 election?
On the other hand, “house parties” could have a positive effect on the economy by getting people out to buy party supplies and buying gas to drive to the parties. It is pure genius…
