On Tuesday, Ohio voters rejected Obamacare at the ballot box. The constitutional amendment prevents the government from forcing Ohio citizens to participate in any healthcare system. The initiative will hopefully bar Ohio from instituting a state-mandated insurance program. While primarily symbolic, it demonstrates again that an entire state is against the intrusive federal healthcare overhaul. Hopefully, it will serve as one more factor in the U.S. Supreme Court future decision to find the law unconstitutional.
