According to the Associate Press, South Carolina’s newly passed law requiring voters to show an ID to vote was the ”first voter ID law to be refused by the federal agency in nearly 20 years.”
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, South Carolina’s Attorney General, Alan Wilson, asked a judge to overturn the Justice Department’s decision.

As I have corrected your factually challenged posters on here before … allow me to once again report the facts on the SC fiasco.. or a solution searching for a problem. The 900 dead in SC was an outright misinformation campaign run by conservatives upon investigation it was discivered that there were only 6 voters who had voted as zombies and they were cleared up with no evidence of intentional fraud (unlike the O’Keefe loser and his law breaking) in fact the wife of one of the dead voters said “why I am surprised but he has only been dead 10 days we are still letting friends know. Hmmm… funny how you guys didn’t run that as one of your hard-hitting posts!! LOL hard hitting that is a gem…
