    Hold Your Breath: NC in top 5 CO2 “Polluters”

    The Charlotte Observer has bought into the Supreme Court’s definition of carbon dioxide (that stuff we exhale) as pollution.  Apparently North Carolina is in the top 5 of such "polluters." This is almost as good as all the environmental activists signing the petition to ban dihydrogen monoxide.
