    Report suggests cuts at N.C. attractions

    News reports: “The state should close an Elizabeth City museum, a Kinston historic site and reduce operating hours at seven other locations to reduce operating expenses at attractions with high costs and low visitor traffic, the Legislature’s fiscal watchdog agency said Tuesday.”
